Life After City Wise
Students are eligible to attend City Wise until they
reach age twenty-two. Students usually
participate in graduation ceremonies in June,
however, if their birthday occurs after September
29th, they may elect to continue in the program
through December of the year they reach age
twenty-two. Many students will go on to attend
an adult program offered through Valley Mountain
Regional Center or be eligible to be referred to the
Department of Rehabilitation for services.
Students who haven't already done so should contact Valley Mountain Regional
Center prior to graduation to schedule an
appointment with an Intake Counselor and to begin the
process of exploring available services. Some
of the available services and programs are listed
