Life After City Wise

Students are eligible to attend City Wise until they reach age twenty-two.  Students usually participate in graduation ceremonies in June, however, if their birthday occurs after September 29th, they may elect to continue in the program through December of the year they reach age twenty-two.  Many students will go on to attend an adult program offered through Valley Mountain Regional Center or be eligible to be referred to the Department of Rehabilitation for services.  Students who haven't already done so should contact Valley Mountain Regional Center prior to graduation to schedule an appointment with an Intake Counselor and to begin the process of exploring available services.  Some of the available services and programs are listed below:
