If you know a SCOE employee who has performed a safe act, come up with a safe idea, done a job safely, etc., fill out this Safety Hero Nomination.  Just describe in a few words the reason you are recognizing this person.  A prize drawing will be held every other month from nominations received.  All nominees will be listed on the safety website!
