Recent Changes:

Hello everyone…listed below are updated for the month of March:

New Save Prompt:
--We have added a new save prompt to the Student Record Tabs and the IEP forms. This new save prompt will allow you to click the “Enter or Return” key on your keyboard to acknowledge the alert.

The School Tab:
--We have added the CDS code to the District of Residence drop down on the School Tab of the Student Record. (Just like the DOR field on the CASEMIS A tab)

CASEMIS A Tab:
--For fields A-30 (EVLDLAY) and A-31 (TBDLAY) there is a “Code 90 (Other)” option in the drop down selection. If this option is selected, we have added a single text box titled “Enter Reason” that will allow the user to enter the reason for this selection for CASEMIS reporting. We have also added these fields to the Search for Students “Columns to Show” drop down. They will display as follows:
EVLDLAY Other Reason
TBDLAY Other Reason

IEP--- Goal Form:
--We have added a "Clear Progress/Comments Info" button to the Goal Form (IEP form)
This new button will clear out the Progress Report info, Comments info, and the Annual Goals Met section to allow users the ability to reuse a goal without having to remove the Progress Report content one field at a time.

--We have added a "Save Form" and "Save and Return to Goals Summary" button to the Goal Form (IEP Form). The "Save Form" button will allow you to Save the current goal and continue to work on that goal. The "Save and Return to Goals Summary" button will Save the current goal and take you back to the Goals Summary Page.

Printing IEPs:
--We have added a checkbox that allows the user to automatically number the IEP pages (ex: Page 1 of 14) To use the feature simply check the checkbox that reads:” Automatically Number Pages” on Print Multiple Forms pg, where all IEP forms are listed.

Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions on these items.

Thanks,
Kirstin-- SEIS Help Desk
