Accessibility Resources

The Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) pledges to provide information on this website that is relevant and timely, as is maintaining the highest standards of accessibility. SCOE has fully embraced the latest web content accessibility guidelines, known as WCAG 2.0, which were established by the World Wide Web Consortium, an international community with a shared vision for Web accessibility. WCAG 2.0 covers a wide range of recommendations to make Web content more accessible for individuals with disabilities, including those experiencing blindness/low vision, hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement and photosensitivity. These carefully crafted guidelines enhance the experience for all users. As we develop new content for SCOE, we regularly check accessibility reports to meet or exceed requirements under Accessibility Resources.

Social Media Policy

Official SCOE social media sites, including those on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, have been created and maintained to provide educational information, resources and links of interest to the students, parents, community and staff of SCOE. All social media postings shall meet SCOE's Social Media Protocol of branding and professionalism and are subject to review, revision or removal.
