Healthy Start - Prop 10

SCOE Prevention Programs supports Healthy Start family resource centers, which are funded by the Stanislaus County Children and Families Commission.

The goal is to improve the well being of children, families and communities.  Located on or near school sites Healthy Start serves as the “hub” of the community that provides a safety net of programs, services, referrals and support for families with children ages 0-5.
