Summer Registration Form - This form must be filled out to get things rolling and reserve your spot at camp.
Summer CIT/JC Registration Form - At this time, JCs may only sign up for one week. This form must be filled out to get things rolling and reserve your spot at camp.
CIT Leadership Weekend Registration - This form must be returned to reserve a CIT's spot for a CIT Weekend.
JC Leadership Weekend Registration - This form must be returned to reserve a JC's spot for a Leadership Weekend.

Camper Information Form - This 2-page form provides our staff and your counselor a chance to get to know you better.
Camper Health & Emergency Contact Information - This 2-page form is necessary to inform us if you have any health concerns, including necessary medications.
Medication Release Form - If any medication is going to be taken while at camp (including Tylenol) this form must be completed by a doctor.
Parent Handbook - All the info Parents need to prepare their child for camp.
Themed Adventures Information - We used to send out a Themed Adventure sheet which detailed what extra items you may want to bring to each week. Now, if there is anyting extra for that week just check the description of that week on the themes page.
