Recent UPDATES:

April 30th. Hope all find them useful!

STUDENT RECORD UPDATES:
Revised look of the student record pages
• Changed background color of tabs to a lighter shade of blue
• Split out the basic student information section to create a standard header on all tabs, as well as sectioning out actions for Status Changes.
• Save Form button moved closer to the page information and placed in its own blocked section with a reminder note to SAVE.

New Student Search feature --- New search feature will enable staff to switch from one student to another while working on the Student Record pages.

Email Team --- Link added to the Student Record tabs (similar to link currently on IEP form menu bar).

Discipline Tab --- Converted the ‘Days’ text box to a numerical drop-down listing values of 1-365.

CASEMIS UPDATES:
Parent Input
• Field number assigned as ‘A-54’. (In SEIS this field was previously placed as ‘A-61’)
• Field will require an entry for all students, Error code 519 will appear if left blank. (In SEIS it was previously added as Error code 999)

Participation in Writing --- Removal of 4th grade requirement.

Exit Reason --- Return of exit code 82 – Graduated from high school with a diploma (using an EXCEPTION).

SEARCH FOR STUDENTS:
Additional Search Criteria – Changed the display options for the additional search criteria from the prior 3 check boxes to a drop-down style.

UNAFFIRMED IEPS:
Added link for 'Email Team'

11/3/2009 - CASEMIS New Ethnicity/Race Fields and SEIS

Updates to SEIS 8/3/2009
DLAY Reports
*Updates to the DLAY reports to include the following:
**Both reports only pull in data pertaining to the current fiscal year (7/1-6/30)
**Added “refr_date” to display as a column in the report results
**Updated the Instructions for both report.

Document Library
*Added a “search by keyword” ability to the document library.

CASEMIS A Tab
*Added the new CASEMIS Field for Parent Input (Parinput) to the “CASEMIS A” tab of the Student Record.
*Removed the “Old CASEMIS field” Section of the CASEMIS A tab.

State IEP Forms
*State IEP Forms now omit the underline any multi-line text boxes.
*Added the “Measurable Annual Goal #” field to the columns that appear on the Goals Summary Page for the State “Goals” and “Goals B” Page.

Message Board
*New Feature added to the Message Boards. Now when a user posts a message their email address will automatically be included in the posting. This will allow users to communicate directly with the user who posted the message via email.

Home Page
*Added an option to “download” the search results to excel to the following home page alerts:
**25 Day alert for Next Annual IEP/IFSP
**75 Day alert for Next Triennial IEP/IFSP
**25 Day Alert for Next Annual ISP
**75 Day Alert for Next Triennial ISP
