HOW TO's:
2. Next you will want to either type in the students last name and click the SEARCH FOR STUDENT IEP's button to see all of your students.
3. When you see your students name, click on the FUTURE link to the far right and that will take you into the FUTURE IEP list of Forms
4. Click the EDIT link to the right of the goals page.
5. Here you will see what is called the GOALS SUMMARY PAGE. This page houses all of the goals that you have added to a students IEP.
6. To add a new goal to your students IEP, click on the Green CREATE NEW GOAL Link.
7. You will have a blank goal template in front of you where you can input your Goal and objectives from scratch by typing them in or you can use the CHOOSE GOAL link at the top of your blank goal to choose a goal from one of our goal libraries.
8. After you have added your goal and checked the spelling, make sure you hit the SAVE AND ADD GOAL TO IEP BUTTON which is located at the top or bottom of your goal page.
2. Once you have signed in look to the left hand side of the page you will see a message that says “Welcome + your name. Under this message you will see a toolbar.
3. Scroll down to “GOAL BANKS”.
4. Under the “GOAL BANKS” heading you will see “Manage My Goal Bank”. Click on “Manage My Goal Bank”.
5. On the page that opens you will see a heading under the “Instructions”, just to the right of the “Welcome (your name)” listing “Add Focus Area”. Click on “Add Focus Area” and in the box appears type in the name of a focus area and Click on “Save”. Add as many focus areas as you need.
6. On the Left Side Toolbar Click on “Current Students” link.
7. You will now be on a list of your current students. Scroll down until you see the name of the student who’s goals you wish to put in your goal bank. Click on “View IEPS” to the left of the students name.
8. Under the heading “IEPS” click on “Future”.
9. On the next page scroll down to “Goals” and click on the “edit” link to the right of Goals.
10. On the Goal Summary page scroll down to the goal that you wish to add to your “Goal Bank”.
11. Click on the “Select Focus Area” drop down and select a focus area. This will be located under the “Edit” “Delete” Print” headings.
12. Click the “GO” button.
13. Click “OK” in the box that opens if you wish to continue.
14. Click “OK” in the next box telling you goal was added.
15. Continue this process for every goal you wish to add to “My Goal Bank”.
16. When you are finished transferring Goals, Go to the Green Bar at the top of the page and click on “HOME”.
17. Scroll down to “GOAL BANKS”, and click on “Mangage My Goal Bank”.
18. When your “Goal Bank” opens you will see that every goal will have the names of students and the dates still on them.
19. You will need to click the “EDIT” link on the right side of the goal and change the actual date to: example (DATE) and the student name to (STUDENT).
20. Remember to click “SAVE GOAL” at the bottom of the page. This will take you back to your goal bank after saving the changes..
21. You can also change the focus area.
22. Next to “SAVE GOAL” you will see “Move Goal To” and a Drop Down “Select Focus Area”. Click on “Select Focus Area” and choose the Focus Area you wish to move the goal to.
23. Click “GO”. This will move your goal to the new focus area.
A. When signed into SEIS, go to the left side of the page and look under the heading "REFERENCE MATERIAL". Under "REFERENCE MATERIAL" click on "Document Library.

2. Search for the student (or click the Search button to display entire caseload)
3. Click the "FUTURE" link.
4. Click "EDIT" next to the Goals page.
5. Click "EDIT" next to an individual goal from the Goal Summary Page.
6. Enter progress notes in the designated area.
7. Click the "SAVE" button.
8. Continue to follow steps (5-7) to enter progress notes on all the goals for this student.
9. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO CLICK SAVE BEFORE LEAVING A PAGE.
10. On the goals summary page where the individual goals are listed, click UPDATE in the READY FOR PR column. This will take you to a small box where you will select if you want to include the goal in the progress report or not, click update at the bottom of the box to confirm your selection. This step will need to be completed for all of your goals.
11. Then from the GOAL Summary page you can print each goal and this will include your progress report.
12. Once all notes have been added to all goals and all Ready for PR fields are filled in, the case manager is responsible for affirming the progress report. Only goals that are marked YES will be included in the AFFIRMED progress report.
1. Click STUDENT IEP's from the left navigation bar
2. Search for the Student (or click the Search button to display entire caseload)
3. Click the CURRENT link
4. Scroll to the bottom of the IEP forms list
5. Click on ATTACHMENTS
6. Click ADD AN ADDENDUM/AMENDMENT TO THIS IEP
7. The addendum/amendment page will open, type info and click SAVE.
8. Back on the IEP listing page; *Use the VIEW/PRINT link to print the addendum. *Use the DELETE link to remove an addendum (only available on un-affirmed addendums). *Use the EDIT link to open the addendum page and click AFFIRM ADDENDUM to lock the page into PDF format.
An unlimited number of Addendums/Amendments can be added to the Current IEP. Once the Current IEP moves to HISTORY, the previously affirmed addendums will remain with that IEP, and the same process begins with the new Current.

Internet Explorer
To unblock pop-ups on the SEIS website please follow these steps. While in Internet Explorer, to the top of the screen, click on tools and then "internet options". Under the "privacy tab" at the very bottom there will be a little box checked that says block pop-ups. Leave that the way it is but click settings to the right. In the box that says address, enter this "www.seis.org" and then click Add to the right. Click Close at the bottom and then OK. This should take care of your problem.
Firefox (PC)
While in Firefox, go to the top of the screen and click on Tools and then Options. Click the Content Icon at the top and at the top of this menu you will see a check box that says "Block Popup Windows). Make sure this has a check mark and then click "Allow Sites" to the right. In the Address of web site box type in www.seis.org then click allow and then close. Click OK.

Firefox
To unblock pop-ups on the SEIS website please follow these steps. While in Firefox, click on "FIREFOX" at the top left of the screen. Click "Preferences" and then the content tab. there will be a check mark in the "Block Popup Windows" check box, click the "ALLOWED SITES" button to the right. In the "ADDRESS OF WEB SITE" box, type in www.seis.org Click the allow button and then close the window.
Safari
Click on Safari in the menu bar (next to the blue apple (Black apple in Leopard)). If the "Block Pop0up Windows" is check marked, click on it again to uncheck it.
Accepted File Formats

To attach a file, follow these steps:
1. Open the document that you wish to attach.
2. At the top of the screen click on FILE and then Click SAVE AS
3. Select the destination you would like to save the file to by using the "SAVE IN" drop down at the top.
4. Type the file name into the "FILE NAME" box.
5. In the "SAVE AS TYPE" drop down select an appropriate file
format that is listed above. In most cases this will be an .RTF (Rich Text Format) file type.
6. Click "SAVE"
7. Log into SEIS and click on "Student IEP's" on the left hand side of your SEIS home page.
8. Click "Search FOR STUDENT IEP's" then click "FUTURE or CURRENT" on the right depending on what version of the
IEP you wish to attach the document to
9. Scroll to the bottom of the listing of forms and click on "ATTACHMENT"
10. Click the "ADD AN ATTACHMENT" link
11. Type a title for the attachment
12. Click "Browse" and select the file that you had previously
saved in the supported format
13. Click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom
(Please Note: Not every IEP form is available in Spanish)
1. From your SEIS home screen click on "STUDENT IEP's
2. Next click the "SEARCH FOR STUDENT IEP's" button
3. Click "FUTURE" or "CURRENT" link on the right side of the page depending on which IEP you would like to print the Spanish forms for
4. In the next window select the forms you would like to print in Spanish by clicking on the box next to the form.
5. Towards the top of the screen you will see a "PRINT FORMS IN" drop down box. The box will have "ENGLISH" showing in it. Click on the box and change it to "SPANISH".
6. Click "Print Selected Forms

side of the page. Under the heading of “REPORTS”.
Directions:
1. In the left hand Menu bar In the "Reports" section, Click on
"Attendance Register".
2. In the new window that opens you will click on the drop down
menu for "Class No.", Make sure it is your name and class is
showing in this menu.
3. In the “School” drop down menu click on the 3rd option, “Print A
Blank Register.
4. In the “Month” down menu select the month of the register you
need to print.
5. Click on "Print A Blank Register"
6. In the next window that opens click on the printer icon that
appears in the open window. Not the icon in the toolbar at the
top of the webpage.
7. Your printer menu will open. Click on the print button.
