The public is invited to stop by the Stanislaus County Office of Education’s (SCOE) exhibit booth at the Stanislaus County Fair on Wednesday, July 10, at 6:30 p.m. to meet members of the Stanislaus County Board of Education, ask questions, and learn more about SCOE’s role in the community. The five elected board members, Paulo Carvalho, Chinyere Nnodim-Jack, Alice Pollard, Kim Rose, and Mary Ann Sanders, in addition to County Superintendent of Schools Scott Kuykendall, are responsible for making major policy decisions in budgeting, curriculum, and planning for the County Office of Education. This year, the fair runs from Friday, July 5 through Sunday, July 14.
