6th Annual Destination Medicine Sponsored by Stanislaus Medical Society and the Stanislaus County Office of Education

The Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) is pleased to partner with the Stanislaus Medical Society for the 6th Annual Destination Medicine event. Over 200 high school students throughout the county are anticipated to attend the one-day medical conference. Students interested in pursuing a career in the medical field should contact their site career navigator or school site administrator to register.
The event will be held at John B. Allard School (3113 Mitchell Road, Ceres, CA) on Saturday, April 22, from 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Destination Medicine is an event designed to inform and engage students who are interested in a career in medicine and the value of returning to Stanislaus County, upon completing their professional education, to practice medicine. The event will offer information through lectures and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- EMT/CPR
- Dental
- Laparoscopic Surgery
- Urgent Care
- Da Vinci Robot
- Simulation Lab – Kaiser
