The Stanislaus County Office of Education Prevention Programs Department is pleased to announce the return of the Friend to Friend Conference on September 14th, 2022!
As the current school year comes to a close, please save the date to ensure you have the event on your calendar for the upcoming school year. More information will be released at the start of the 2022/2023 school year.
Friend to Friend is an annual youth conference in Modesto, CA that serves 600 middle school and high school students across Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Amador, and Tuolumne counties. The full-day conference complete with an inspirational keynote speaker, engaging workshops, and entertainment provides students with a powerful opportunity to develop effective resiliency and leadership skills alongside their peers, which they then take back to their schools with the ability to make a positive impact. It's also a great way to meet your district's student engagement and school climate LCAP goals.
