The Human Resources Financial Services Department oversees Benefits, Internal Payroll and Leave Accounting for SCOE employees.

INTERNAL PAYROLL
Payroll staff administers SCOE’s payroll activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Processing the payment of employee monthly salaries
- Maintaining employee payroll records
- Monthly supplemental payroll
- 403b and 457b TSA plans
- Eligible employees participate in a defined benefit plan through PERS or STRS

BENEFITS
The Stanislaus County Office of Education offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Plan designs and cost to the eligible employee vary based on employment classification. Any required employee contribution is made through automatic payroll deduction.
Eligible employees may also choose to participate in a Dependent Day Care or a Flexible Spending Account through our Section 125 plan.
