Summer 2023
We are hosting 2 week sof summer camp July 3-7 and July 10-14, 2023.  We will be at Sky Mountain Education Center in Emigrant Gap on Highway 80.  We are renting a site, because Foothill Horizons will be under construction for summer 2023.  Registration will be by Lottery.  We will announce fees, busing times and arrival and departure times as soon as possible. 

CIT/ JC weekend is MAR. 25-26 at Foothill Horizons. 

How do I get on your email notifications list?
Go to the “Sign Me Up” page, then click on the Create a New Account button. You must create a family account with your contact information. You do not have to register for anything, but you have to be in the system to get emails.

How do I get the discounts, if they apply to me?
Sometimes the discounts are not automatic when you register. If you think you are eligible for a discount, email fhsummercamp [ahtsym] gmail [dhotsym] com (subject: Summer%20Camp%20Discount%20Request) and request it, or tell us about it in your confirmation email when you accept a session. We can manually apply it to your account if it is appropriate to your family. To learn more about discounts, go to the Sessions and Tuition page.

When will I know if my child got into a session?
You will receive an automatic email notification that your child has been enrolled into Winter Camp.  We are NOT using a lottery system for this camp.  You will be charged at the time of enrollment.  It will be first come first serve.  

How do I change my bus request? I forgot to add it or I added it and don’t need it after all.
All transportation changes are made by sending a message to fhsummercamp [ahtsym] gmail [dhotsym] com (subject: Transportation%20Change%20Request) . Transportation changes can only be made by FHSC staff. Your email request will be answered!  To find out what you signed up for, look in “forms” on your Parent Dashboard, select your child and scroll down to see reservations.

How do I change from one session to a different one?
Depending on availability, a reserved session may be changed to another session ONCE without penalty. A second session change will incur the $75 cancelation fee and the new session will be a new registration. Email fhsummercamp [ahtsym] gmail [dhotsym] com (subject: Session%20Change%20Request) to make inquiries and changes.

I will only attend if my friend comes...
We can't guarantee that you and your besties will all attend together, BUT, you can help by selecting the same top 3 date choices and your bunk mate requests! While we cannot promise you will be together, we can guarantee that children will make new friends no matter which session you choose.

My children must attend together! Can you accommodate that?
If a family has selected that their children must attend together, we will do our best to accommodate that request. We cannot promise that they will also be able to attend with their bunk mate/friend.

I have to cancel! How much money will I get back?
View our Refund Deadlines and Cancellation policy.  This policy is also in the Required Waivers that you sign and agree to in order to request a session.

Why can’t I get into my account?
CampSite (our web based registration company) supports Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 9 and above. You may use other browsers, but they may not be fully supported by CampSite. Use a supported browser to optimize your connection.

Why can’t I reset my password?
If you have tried with Campsite to re-set your password and are not successful, please email us at fhsummercamp [ahtsym] gmail [dhotsym] com (subject: I%20need%20help%20resetting%20my%20password) and we will help you reset your password.

Does my kid have to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to come to camp?
No, not at this time. Vaccinations are recommended, but not required. See the Packing List and Camp Information document for the procedures to check in to camp and for routines during the week your child is here. This information is also in the waivers you signed to register your child.

What are you doing for COVID safety on site?
Look on the Family Information page to see our full COVID plan. We will continue to post the most updated plan on that page.
