Video Libraries and Lessons:

Tareasplus was developed by the Khan Academy and is the largest platform of educational videos for math and science in Spanish. 

Teaching Channel (www.teachingchannel.org/videos): Teaching Channel is a video showcase—on the Internet and TV—of inspiring and effective teaching practices in America's schools

LearnZillion:  2,000+ high quality lessons by top teachers - all built from the Common Core State Standards. 

TED-Ed (http://ed.ted.com/lessons): Within the growing TED-Ed video library, you will find carefully curated educational videos, many of which represent collaborations between talented educators and animators nominated through the TED-Ed platform. This platform also allows users to take any useful educational video, not just TED's, and easily create a customized lesson around the video. Users can distribute the lessons, publicly or privately, and track their impact on the world, a class, or an individual student.

Khan Academy (www.khanacademy.org): A non-profit organization that provides free lessons, videos, tutorials and more for parents, teachers and students. There are resources for every content area.

Awesome Library (www.awesomelibrary.org): Organizes the web with 37,000 carefully reviewed resources, including the top 5 percent in education.

The Early Assessment Program (EAP) is a collaborative effort among the State Board of Education (SBE), the California Department of Education (CDE) and the California State University (CSU).

The program was established to provide opportunities for students to measure their readiness for college-level English and mathematics in their junior year of high school, and to facilitate opportunities for them to improve their skills during their senior year. http://www.calstate.edu/eap/

Expository Reading and Writing Course (ERWC): http://www.calstate.edu/eap/englishcourse/

A task force of high school and CSU faculty has developed the Expository Reading and Writing Course (ERWC), a full-year college preparatory English course for high school seniors. The ERWC is aligned with the California English-Language Arts Content Standards and addresses critical reading and writing problems identified by the CSU English Placement Test Committee.

The goals are the ERWC are to help students succeed in three important areas:
Meeting the requirements of the California English-Language Arts Content Standards; Attaining the standards of the CSU English Placement Test; and Achieving the expectations of college and university faculty.

Course assignments, organized into 14 modules and based primarily on non-fiction texts, emphasize the in-depth study of expository, analytical, and argumentative reading and writing. The University of California has approved the ERWC for area "b" credit (from the "a-g" requirements), and the Course meets college preparatory requirements for both the UC and CSU.
