Year after year, ETC! has been known for bringing some of the best presenters in the area to showcase the best that there is in education technology. The ETC! Conference will be accepting presenter proposals for 75-minute sessions. We welcome presenters of all experience levels, so whether you're a seasoned vet or a first-timer, we encourage you to submit a proposal and share your amazing work with the ETC community when the ETC! 2025 window opens in August.

District Spotlight poster sessions will be returning to Spring ETC! 2025. This is a chance for districts to showcase transformative initiatives and connect with other districts and attendees who may be interested in replicating their success. We'd love to learn more about what you're doing, so please consider submitting a proposal to participate in the District Spotlight at Spring ETC! 2025.

Exhibitors are an important part of the ETC! Conference. In the Exhibit Hall, attendees appreciate being introduced to educational technology products and resources that can enhance education. Exhibitors also have the opportunity to present a session that highlights how their product or services can benefit teaching, learning, or the educational process.

Exhibitor Package #1 - $500 (Megabyte)

•  Digital marketing on SCHED
•  One 75 minute presentation
•  Table/wireless access
•  Lunch provided (up to 4 people)

Exhibitor Package #2 - $300 (Nanobit)

•  Digital marketing on SCHED
•  One Exhibit Hall presentation
•  Table/wireless access
•  Lunch provided (up to 2 people)

Exhibitor Package #3 - $200 (Java)

ETC! 2025 will once again take place at Pitman High School in Turlock, California.  Pitman and their staff are always amazing hosts and we are looking forward to having the conference at their beautiful campus.
