The User Support team provides comprehensive technical assistance to the Stanislaus County Office of Education and all its Divisions, including administrators, teachers, students, and their respective support staff across Stanislaus County. We are responsible for the maintenance and support of technology devices, including over 1,700 Chromebooks, more than 1,100 Workstations, and in excess of 600 iPads. We strive to support all the Stanislaus County Office of Education staff and students to make sure learning is uninterrupted and business needs are met every day. We dedicate ourselves to solving technical issues and building solutions to facilitate the needs of staff and students alike.
The User Support Team will continue to provide timely responses, excellent customer service, and comprehensive support through, guidance, troubleshooting, and customizable solutions.
