This training will review professionalism in the classroom. Defining role modeling and traits and examples of good role modeling will be discussed. There will be discussion on ethical and professional boundaries along with boundary vignettes to help participants make good, ethical decisions. Ethical excuses for violating boundaries will be reviewed to help avoid unethical practices. A communication agreement will be studied to help foster better communication in the classroom among staff. Intended audience: All school personnel that work in a school and/or classroom setting.
